XLCubed are able to offer a range of post implementation support options for our solutions. These range from lower priority email support to 24*7 critical systems support. We have a number of “off the shelf” support options available but can tailor these to suit your exact needs.  Our in house support team currently provide 24*7 support to over 52 countries. We aim to make the support process as efficient and helpful as we can.

Here are a few examples of post implementation support we have provided:

Example One
XLCubed provide support to an international oil company. In addition to their product support and maintenance this client has contractual 24*7 agreement with predefined SLA's..
Example Two
XLCubed provide solution support to a multinational telecoms company. This client requires same day phone support for their XLCubed reporting on their SAP application. The client has pre-purchased a number of days of support and draws down on these as required.
Example Three
XLCubed have delivered an integrated solution to a partner company, this solution which forms part of their overall application has long term support and maintenance from XLCubed. Where new features require implementation or extended support, XLCubed are there to assist.
